Rutland County Council's Adult and Community Learning Service has been recognised
for progress on its learners personal development, behaviour and welfare. These areas are rated by Ofsted as 'good', however the service overall has been told it requires improvement. The service is now part of the council's Living Well Rutland and will soon be available to access in the county's libraries.
