Rutland police have arrested the driver of a car who had a large quantity of counterfeit cigarettes in Uppingham.
Officers say it's often linked to organized criminal networks, and the products pose serious health risks, often containing dangerous substances like mould, rat droppings, and toxic chemicals. The suspect was spotted on a regular Safer Streets patrol by Uppingham's neighborhood officer PC George.
