More than half of all adults in Rutland are classed as overweight or obese.
The council believes it could be over 60%. For children in their last year of primary school, the figures around 30%. If you live in Rutland, you're being asked to take part in a county wide survey that health professionals will use to offer targeted support around weight loss and healthy eating. Rutland's Healthy Weight and Food Survey is anonymous and it's on the county council's website. It takes about 10 minutes to complete and it's open till the 27th of September.
