Ryhall Village Fete is being opened this afternoon by a resident who is expected to make history.
Betty Edwards turned 90 this year and her mother opened the fete when she was the same age. A full programme of entertainment and activities is promised. The planned dog shows had to be shelved because of the heat. Mutts Nutts Rescue will still be attending. Proceeds go to St. John's Church and other local good causes.
