The team, which has only been together a year, finished third out of nearly 900 schools in the national competition.
Stamford School Under 15s Girls competed in a day long tournament at Lord's recently, and returned with trophies! The team finished third overall, and played a number of schools they've faced before. The girls also play for County, Regional and other local clubs, and hope to continue their cricket next year.
