Leicestershire and Rutland League 

Oakham 1sts recorded a 20-run victory at home over Loughborough Town 1sts with the 3rds also winning at  Rothley Park 4th X1 by 60 runs to follow up their win in May. The 2nds lost by 26 runs at Cropston 2nds, despite Karnam Shah with 5-15. 

Uppingham Town 1sts beat Lutterworth 2nds away by 77 runs to make it four wins in a row, whilst the 2nds ended a run of four defeats as they won at home by 126 runs after dismissing Rothley Park 3rds for 59 with Harvey Stafford taking 6-11 to complete a league double. The 3rds lost at home by 20 runs to Houghton  & Thurnby 4th XI. 

Market Overton 1sts lost by 25 runs to Electricity Sports 3rd XI with the 2nds conceding their fixture at Daman Iconz 3rds.

Wakerley & Barrowden 1sts went down at home by 2 wickets to Leicester Eagles 1sts. 

Lincolnshire Premier Cricket League  

Burghley Park 1sts lost away to leaders of the Premier Division, Scunthorpe Town 1sts by 65 runs.

Ketton Sports 1sts suffered a 6-wicket defeat at home to Moulton Harrox 1sts with the 2nds unbeaten run since May ending at top of the table Royal Boston 1sts in Division 2 South with a 52-run defeat.

Leaders of Division 3 South, Uffington 1sts completed a league double as they beat visitors Nassington 2nds by 4 wickets. 

Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire Premier League Division 3     

Stamford Town 1sts game was abandoned after four overs due to the pitch condition. 

Rutland League 

Division 1 saw Burghley Park 1sts win by 4 wickets at home to Uffington 1sts, whilst Uppingham Town were also winners at home by 89 runs over Peterborough Town 1sts.

Oakham 1sts thanks to 168 not out from Izaan Shaikh, which included 26 4’s secured a home win by 120 runs against City 2nds in Division 2. 

Stamford Town 1sts skittled visitors Benefield 1sts for just 28 in Division 3 with Tim Juggins taking 5-14 as they won by 8 wickets.

To Division 4 and another centurion, Oscar Durant 117 for Ketton Sports 1sts who beat Uffington 2nds away by 181 runs.

Grantham and Melton Cricket Association Division 2 

Burghley Park 2nds remain in second after they won by 1 wicket at next to bottom Buckminster thanks to a 51-run partnership for the 10th wicket.

Stamford Town 2nds beat their hosts and league leaders Ashby Carington 1sts by 7 wickets. 

Women’s Cricket  

Market Overton 1sts made it back-to-back wins by 104-runs this time at home to Kibworth 1sts in the East Midlands League Division 1 South. Lucy Western having earlier making 101 before retiring. 

In Super 8’s cricket, Stamford Town won by 58 runs at Grantham in Lincolnshire Women’s South.
