Rail services in Stamford, Oakham and Melton are running today
after strike action was called off but with a reduced timetable as CrossCountry say they weren't given enough notice to reinstate everything. Planned engineering works mean Stansted bound trains are only going as far as Peterborough and services are expected to finish much earlier than normal.
