South Kesteven District Council is proposing evening and Sunday charges in some Stamford car parks.
A Stamford Town Councillor has launched a petition against the District Council’s plans to charge for evening and Sunday parking in the town. It’s already gained over a thousand signatures. Proposals include a £3 charge for some car parks. Amanda Wheeler says it feels like Stamford is taking the hit for the district:
