South Kesteven District Council’s cabinet have met to agree their final submission for local government reorganisation.
The district proposes four authorities be created. One containing South Kesteven, North Kesteven and South Holland, splitting the southern half of Lincolnshire in half again as well as two unitary authorities to the North. Lincolnshire County Council is keen on a one Lincolnshire proposal.
