The NHS in Lincolnshire has admitted it can be difficult to access healthcare services in Stamford.
The results of a public survey was shared with councillors and the public this week. A shortage of NHS dentists and doctors appointments, as well as increased access to mental health services is needed. Nearly half of those who responded, who are predominantly older women, say they use facilities across the border, as they were often easier to access. Locals are also calling for the facility to handle medical emergencies locally.
