Caroline Stafford also runs The Kitsch Hen which personalises biscuits with messages. She's unicycling the Parkrun course from Normanton on Sunday 2nd July from 2pm.

A woman from Rutland is riding a unicycle around the Rutland Water parkrun course this afternoon to raise money for a charity that encourages letter writing. Caroline Stafford has raised over two thousand pounds for From Me To You which is hoping to build a regional hub to help local cancer patients. She explains to Rob Persani how it works, and the challenges of learning to unicycle!
