The tradition of waking up the trees for New Year comes to the MindSpace Garden

in Stamford this afternoon. Following events in the community orchards of Stamford and Bourne on Saturday, the MindSpace Community Garden on Uppingham Road is holding an event at lunchtime today with poetry, Morris dancing and toast being hung on the trees. They are asking anyone who wants to go along to pre-book today's garden session via the MindSpace Stamford website.
