Police in Cambridgeshire are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 30s died on the A1 near Wansford on Sunday evening.
It's believed he just got out of a car parked in a nearby layby. A grey Audi and a grey Citroen were both involved. Emergency services were called at about 9:55pm to reports a pedestrian had been hit near the junction with Russell Hill at Thornhaugh. Anyone who saw what happened in the lead up or who has any dashcam footage is being urged to contact police online using the reference Operation Kingsway or by calling 101,
