Summertime
Police in Peterborough have arrested thirteen people for drink or drug driving since Christmas Eve, eleven men and two women.
They say alcohol takes time to leave your system so you may still be over the limit when you feel fine. Police across Rutland, Stamford and surrounds continue their roadside checks and say it's just not worth the risk. They also say you can report anyone you suspect of drink or drug driving confidentially and say one call could save a life.
