A lorry driver has died after his HGV left the road
and went into a ditch off the A1 near Great Casterton yesterday morning. The man, in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were believed to have been involved in the incident, which took place just after 11am. Anyone who may have information that could help their investigation is asked to contact Leicestershire Police.
