The first fundraiser from the Friends of Victoria Hall takes place this afternoon.
The newly formed group to support the hall in Oakham, which is run independently by a board of trustees, has already met to form plans to raise funds and support the facility for the community. This afternoon, a vintage tea party is being held in Victoria Hall with entertainment, stalls and a raffle. It runs from midday to 3.45.
