Rutland Police Safer Streets Officers arrested a man in Oakham last Saturday
who was apparently attempting to shoplift from B&M. The team knew him from Melton and Myles Carter was seen filling a bag with electronic goods. When he attempted to leave without paying for them another officer was there to meet him. The goods were then returned to the store on Melton Road in Oakham and he was later charged in relation to the offence.
