Rutland County Council says plans are being worked on to reinstate county boundary signs after 10 were suspected stolen, and the remaining 17 were taken down as a precaution.
It follows MP Alicia Kearns' backing the council's decision to safeguard the historic signs, but to put up modern ones as soon as possible on all the posts as police continue to investigate the theft.
