A company from Spalding is due in court today, charged with corporate manslaughter after a man died whilst working for them at South Luffenham.
Green Steel and Cladding Limited of Whaplode, along with 58-year-old Paul Gaines of Middlemarsh Road, are facing manslaughter charges after 45-year-old Paul Johnson was seriously injured whilst working for the company at Wireless Hill in April, 2021. He died in hospital a day later.
The company also faces charges of contravening the Health and Safety at Work Act.
