Peterborough United’s six game unbeaten league run has ended losing 5-2 away at 2nd placed Lincoln City. This was after Harry Leonard had given Posh the lead midway through the first half.

On a bitterly cold evening, Northampton Saints returned to the top of the Premiership in style in their 5.30 kick off with an emphatic win by 66 points to 21 at home to Harlequins.

Despite a second half fight back by Saracens after trailing 26-7 at the break, Leicester Tigers ran out winners by 36 points to 28 in the English Gallagher Premiership thanks to two tries from Adam Radwan and one each from Olly Cracknell, Joe Heyes and Freddie Steward. Billy Searle completing the scoring with four conversions and a penalty.
