A packed Party in the Park in Cutts Close in Oakham followed a parade and service where many parts of Rutland were highlighted through flags and banners naming their village or town yesterday.

Anglian Water say they've seen a 30% increase in drinking water being used during the recent hot weather, but that their network is at an increased risk of leaks as the dry ground causes pipes to shift and break.
