Hands Off Ryhall Library - Listen Again to the children interviewed

Hands Off Our Library banner at Ryhall

On Friday afternoon, library users of all ages were invited to draw round their hand on a banner, as part of the campaign to Save Ryhall Library. Rutland County Council's Living Well team and the Warm Space were taking place inside. The consultation for library services continues on Rutland County Council's website until Friday 28th February.

As the future of Ryhall Library remains uncertain under Rutland County Council, after they say works to transform the building into a community hub exceed their budget, an event to create a banner to highlight community support took place on Friday afternoon.  We spoke to some of the children who added their handprint to a banner saying 'Hands Off Our Library':
