The first of three in person events about the new Living Well service in Rutland is being held at Ryhall Library this afternoon.
The initial plan was to transform the four Rutland libraries into new Living Well centres with a grant of nearly a million pounds. However, the County Council believes work to change Ryhall Library would exceed their budget and that they're currently exploring other ways of delivering library services in the east of Rutland.
Campaigners say the closure are organizing a Hands Off Ryhall Library banner tomorrow afternoon during the second drop in session and encourage the local community to take part.
