The 45 year old appeared at Lincoln Crown Court on Friday. Officers spotted Middleton when they were patrolling Broad Street in the early hours of Saturday 10th of September back in 2022. He was wanted for assault at the time. He was found with just over 5 grams of cocaine and over £1000 worth of cash which officers say he couldn't account for.
