Rutland's weekly Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafe will be based at Oakham Library
from next month, thanks to a new partnership with the Rural Community Council. As Peppers, a safe place, concentrate their resources on their core projects after initially launching the service. The session will be housed at the new living well area at the library from May on Wednesdays. The cafe will continue to operate as a drop in with trained listeners. The coffee van is based at Tesco on Wednesdays to promote the change throughout April.
