MindSpace Stamford is looking for new trustees.
he board of the mental health and well-being charity renews every three years and they're hoping to recruit finance, fundraising, marketing and HR expertise and improve their sustainability, partly by strengthening links with local businesses. Chair of trustees at Mindspace Stamford, Beka Avery, says new trustees will bring a fresh perspective.
‘We have a great team. We have laughs, they are sociable. It's all about ideas and things like that. But yeah, I think it's having the right people with the right knowledge. That are really passionate about the community, that are really passionate about helping progress the services that are available to support mental well-being. They are the people that we're looking for to come and join our busy team behind the scenes helping to well raise awareness and yeah, paint the town orange with mental well-being support offered by MindSpace'.
