It's D-Day for the Stamford North housing developments.
South Kesteven District Council meets this afternoon to discuss the 1,350 house application. It's recommended they approve it. The application also features a new two form entry primary school and local services are also expected to comment on the neighbouring 650 home development Quarry Farm, which is on Rutland County Council lands.
